Well here is a question. Next week this is incoming and have been saving stuff to craft a full armour set of a condition base. So which one do we all think would be best for engineers going all out condition damage.

Rabid, Dire or Sinisters.

Do we know it is next week?
For all out Condi dmg: Sinister, we no longer gain condi dmg from vitality or toughness.
If you are fine not mid maxing dmg (as you probably are if you build condi over power): Rabid stays as a great stat combo for keeping your high dmg and still taking a punch, and Dire just works really well if you want to take a punch and still have decent dmg.

As far I see that for dungs still zerk/assassin combo. For condi builds I will choose definetly rabid because of that condi boost from precision there. For pve condi rampager over sinister

Yes Grouch confirmed that it will be bext week.

So next week the condi cap raises to 1500 and conditikns2 have a buff.

I have a full set of zerk armour simple as that. So i do Min/Max. I will go rampagers. Or Rabid.

Would you not say even in pve condition damage will be stronger.

rampagers ought to be tops for cond I suppose. pinpoint distribution. 10% of prec as cond damage.
heavy armor exploit. crit=vul was always good, and moreso now with cond damage.

10% chance to CRIT bleeding targets instead of the old 5% damage. kindof a nerf…
But with changes to stats might break even abit. this favors zerker/sinister a bit. but, heavy armor exploit makes crit=crit as well.

I’ve commonly run a carrion/rabid mix on one of my builds, but I’m thinking about swapping to more rabid given how the decoupling of stats from traitlines will change things. There’s also the precision to condi damage trait in firearms…

Of course if you want all out damage, sinister is the route to go. I’ve generally never advised full dire because some degree of precision is generally helpful on engineer.
