Rapid Regeneration should heal allies
engis already got some support potential with HT, Blast Finishers and almost every Combo Field in the game.

Guess it could, but not with those values – it would be far too powerful. Maybe the scrapper could get the full amount, and allies gets a reduced amount instead (unless they’re scrappers and they’ve got the trait, in which case they get the normal version instead, so that we don’t have any weird rapid regeneration stacking).

I see why it should not It is already kinda easy to create an Engineer Build that makes you extremly hard to kill (pretty much anything combining toughness and maybe healing Power with Alchemy and Inventions), especially due to the active defenses and very strong selfhealing (Engis are probably the next best thing after Cele D/Ds or Mantra Mesmers if it comes to selfheal); Now imagine 5 such Engis running near each other with such a trait – they would become nigh immortal against similar sized Groups.
Ofc thats only the case if the Regeneration would Stack – If it did not, then i would love to see it affecting allies as well
because its heal amount is balanced around 1 target. With more it would get a nerf and be crap for us alone.

swiftness part ain’t bad but superspeed will do 5x as much healing as swiftness.

Yes but you have perma Swiftness base heal 100 or so, then you can get 470 Heal for superspeed on top and this i think is to strong, count regeneration in and you have a heal with superspeed of about 600-800 with healing gear maybe more. Seems too strong and with speedy kit we also get superspeed with toolkit.

As a buff that Anet is trying to sell in a pretty package under Scrapper as a genuine group utility, it SHOULD affect the way allies are benefited from Super Speed as the Engi does. But I do agree that the healing for others should be at a fraction. Maybe 1/3 the amount Engi receives?

How about we just remove the ICD from Medical Dispersion Field and call it a day rather than complicate this trait?

it currently already is better than backpack regenerator 90% of the time, why improve it even further (when you could also buff BR instead)?
