Title says it all, I love my engineer, and although I really think the rifle needs to be reworked I still love playing my engineer, however this is the 5th time I have been refused or booted from a group because I will not run a cookie cutter grenade build, I run a rifle build and although I can support and still pull good dps numbers this is the state of our class and its $#@ing depressing.
This isnt a QQ its more of a rant to feel better, I think it just sucks that one of the coolest and unique class with endless possibilities has been stuffed into a cookie cutter while most other classes have at least 2-3 options.
Why GW2 why did you have to give the cutter of cookies to the Engi!
