Hello,
I am a returning GW2 player, who mostly played the Warrior and Ranger classes.
I recently began having cravings to play GW2 again, and saw that there will be a new expansion with a new class along with specializations for current classes. SOUNDS AWESOME!
Anyways, I’m currently trying to learn the Engineer class, as it looks very fun and from what I’ve heard takes a lot of patience to play. I’m not very patient so I figured this class would help me with that.
One of the main problems I have learning another class is that due to playing WAR/RNG, I’ve become accustomed to dealing some decent damage and being very tanky, which leads to me playing other classes like them. >.<
This causes adaptability issues for me, and I usually just go back to W/R.
I’m guessing since I’ll need a while to adapt to the Engi class, that it would be best for me to use a tanky build? So with that being said, what are the basic/meta tank builds for Engi? I enjoy using multiple kits for some reason, as it unlocks a lot of skill variety compared to what I’m used to.
