I read on another post that rocket boots now provide 25% movement speed OOC like runes of traveler.

I was not aware is this true? I thought they were only a burst speed skill.

Hm I don’t think they do, maybe it was confused with the power shoes trait that has changed from in combat 25% to permanent 25%.

Or one of those suggestion threads that have gadgets mirror signets in functionality.

yups, its a permanent 25% speed buff even when out of combat. similar to a speed signet.
edit: oh rocket boots as in the skill doesnt boost speed. i mean the trait “Power Shoes” in the Inventions line

I think the poster was just confused. Thought it was just power shoes
