Guild Wars 2

I know rocket charge was changed to have only two leap finishers but keep the three impacts, ( and it says this on the tooltip ), however I’m only getting two impacts on my combat log. I tried this on a test golem so I’m pretty sure I am not missing any strikes :/ Am I missing something or is this working as intended?

Figures… I go back and test again and what do ya know.. Three impacts nvm :/
