Hello all,
I would like to know if Scope trait works correctly
“gain 10% critical chance while standing still”

is it only a display problem in hero panel ?
does the 10% extra critical chance shows only when u r in combat ?

It has not been working since start of the game.
Im affraid its on the bottom of a very big pile for Anet to fix ^^
