Why always berzerk? This has almost same damage and way more survivability

You have just 4% crit with this build. Sigill of blood, bunker down and ferocity are completly useless here.
Marauder amulet and durability runes are the meta, it provides a very good balance between sustain and dmg

rune of rage and B@75% = more or less perma fury, so 24% crit chance

i like crusader amulet a lot but i always feel like i need sigil of intelligence with it. and a fury rune, usually pack runes…
