Rocket Charge sometimes root you in place
need to use movement ability to get out of it
anyone having this issue ?

I have not had this issue. I have however, witnessed Rocket Charge doing a 180 if you hit an ambient creature when without a target.

yeah it still happens to me but its an order of magnitude less common than during the beta weekend
