As in the title, what’s the best combo:

1)Rapid Regen + Final Salvo
or
2) Expert Examination + Adaptative Armor

Best for what? I can think of many combinations that are optimal in different situations

It pretty much depend on if you use gyros on not. Final salvo is obviously pointless with no gyro.
