Scrapper questions
Will gyros destruction be a blast finisher? Will turret traits work for gyros? Will superspeed stack? Will our healing effect the gyro? I would like to know.
- Gyros will not be a blast finisher. You can order them to self-destruct, causing a 240 radius 1s Daze.
- Turret traits will not work for Gyros, but that could be easily extended.
- Superspeed does not stack.
- Gyros can be healed among all other positive and negative effects (boons, conditions) that hit players.

Chaith’s source is basically reading tool-tips and knowledge on how super-speed works.
All his answers are currently correct. As Insanemaniac said, only way he is wrong is if Anet changes something.
Would be really nice if anet turns superspeed to a boon and giving it a small extra effect to be slightly more useful as swiftness. Would make it possible to stack it.
it is a boon. it has the additional strength of being unstrippable. you prolly dont want that taken away. what you want is for the stack cap to be raised from 1 to x>1. so do i, along with the other unstrippable boons like auras, cuz were about to get a triple leap and aura share tempest could totally be a thing.

The specialization seems like it was balanced around super speed being unstackable. Can you image how op some of the traits would be if it was. Same with quickness.
Super speed isn’t a boon, it’s an effect.

I meant it as a specialization balance. As mesmers new specialization gives tons of quickness while mesmers have little use for it, while thieves new specialization gives none but their new specialization needs quickness and a lot of it.
I don’t know WHY exactly they aren’t blasts … too op? Like all the turrets??? Or almost every kit (has a blast)? Please … that’s the least we expect …

Further question: will they work with traits that trigger for “explosions”? Looked like they aren’t based on the current tool tips, but I really feel like that would just make way too much sense not to.
