Guild Wars 2

The build itself doesn’t have to be powerful. Just one that would save me the trouble of shifting gear. If it helps, the weapon I use is a rifle though I may be inclined to go for a pistol and shield. As for my weapon sets, I am using a flamethrower, bombs, grenades and a turret crate. If you can link me to what you think is a good build, I’ll be thankful.

horrible

you will try to sit at the back of a zerg and die to retal.
you will try to do anything else against intelligent people and you will be 3 shot.
you will almost never get the benefit of scholar runes in combat.
but you can snipe bads before they react. and you can prolly be successful enough to have fun. but this build has very little survivability, which matters in wvw.

at a minimum you need to change to speedy kits instead of sd. and tool kit is a healthy choice over flamethrower.

Honestly, buying a set of Rabid gear for WvW costs like 10g and changing traits is free so there is no reason to lock yourself into one build.

much agree but lazyness can be a big factor, constantly switching between game modes takes a toll on motivating yourself to push i and double click 13 times

Indeed. I am a bit lazy in switching gear. That much switching can get annoying overtime.

Dont’ use Str runes – use Hoelbrok for WvW, then grab Lemongrass. Condi problem solved.
