I am thinking about buying Burstinng/Tormet Sigil for my Solo roamer Build, but not sure if they are worth it.

bursting no, torment preferably not, personally I don’t like torment I think there are much better options but if you want the extra cover condition and allready stack the other conditions easily and a lot of them then torment is okay but generally it’s weaker then a lot of the current sigils available.
