Generally speaking, if the two sigils are in different families, they will work.

Sigil of Water + Sigil of Blood = Yes
Sigil of Water + Sigil of Ice = No, both are “on hit”
Sigil of Water + Sigil of Renewal = Yes
Sigil of Water + Sigil of Frailty = No, both are “on hit”

In fact I think you’re wrong. Since the 15th april every sigil should work with every other (except for 2 of the very same kind, like 2x sigil of water). They gave an example: Sigil of Fire and Sigil of Aif now work together on the same weaponset (or same 2 handed weapon)

I have not tested it myself, but the wiki does state:

“A warrior is wielding a greatsword with both a Superior Sigil of Air (chance to deal additional damage to target on hit) and a Superior Sigil of Earth (chance to inflict Bleeding on hit) attached to it. Both sigils will roll their chance to activate on every attack the warrior makes, and each sigil will run its own cooldown timer after it activates.”

So, you may be right in that case. I am still, mentally, a hold out of some of the old rules and their release page didn’t give many good example, TBH.

new rule is:
dont use 2 of a sigil in 1 weapon set
anything else goes

(so all of your examples are fine)

nothing is really meta yet, try a few things

That page in the wiki hasn’t been updated yet. Every sigil can work with every sigil now but you cannot stack 2 of the same sigil. For example I cannot use a superior sigil of air and stack it with another superior/major/minor sigil of air.

The only “family” that won’t work together is On Kill. Or the same sigil, independant of the tier (2x Sigil of Fire).
You can use 2 sigils on crit, 2 sigils on swap…

Edit: I believe that Sigil of Restoration, Stamina, Speed and Luck may work, because they dont stack any effect.
