Do sigils that list “On hit” or “On Critital hit” work while you have a kit on?

like for example if i have a rifle that has Sigil of Purity and Sigil of Water, and use bombs, do my bombs proc the sigils?

yes it does. 100% sure.

When you hit. Think like this: sigils are on your weapon so “On Hit” means when it hits. Some runes are proc-ing stuff when you get hit.
