Guild Wars 2

Hey guys,

After reading in the forum I’ve found mostly complains on how people think this class is “broken”. I disagree and wanted to share a few tips to help out.

Shop for a gaming mouse
Pro gaming mouse will have custom configs build for gaming like programmable buttons and gives a big edge. For exemple : Programming the 1 key to the left/side button allow to attack with you thumb instead of the 1 key. It’s a lot faster and allow you do move/dodge while attacking. Also, any pro gaming mouse will response a lot better to your moves making you more effective.

Improve yourself instead of your character
sPvP is a great way to improve any skills. List the skills you need and go practice against other players. For instance lots of people think grenadres are broken. Meaby or meaby not. The fact is, if you aim better, then your grenades will do more damage.

Check Youtube vids from great players
Awesome player give tips on youtube. Find some and check them out. Most will answer your questions and post all their builds.

Use your head
This class it the most amazing in the game in terms of stuff you can do. You need to think of outside of the box. Some exemples of awesome stuff you can do :

Awesomeness #1 : Infinite swiftness
Using this Speed kits (http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Speedy_Kits) with Med Kit (http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Med_Kit) allow a 100% uptime swiftness. If you move correctly you can dodge almost any attack and kite when low on health.

Awesomeness #2 : Poison projectiles
Poison Grenades (http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Poison_Grenade) create a combo field. Pistol & Rifles shoot projectiles combo finisher. So pop-out a grenade in front of you at the start of a fight and shoot through. It’s gonna add some people to your shots. Same apply for the Flamethrower napalm skill (http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Napalm).
