Is there a craft or later version of the starting monacle? I sold it and I really want it back

There was a trick where you make an alt with that monacle. Then have your main buy a white leather head piece and put it in the bank. Get the alt to transmute the white helm to the monacle. Put in bank. It will say soulbound but your main will be able to wear it. They might have fixed this though now.

Exactly, the crafted Noble armour has the exact same monocle. Also, the crafted Leather armour has a slighlty different model of a monocle that I actually like better than the starter one.

I really like the look of the crafted leather armor set all the way around have been using it and transmuting because it actually looks and feels like a engineerish set to me!
