Tried out an elixir pistol build today… didn’t notice the sound change
Wen’t back to grenades/bombs, I hated throwing elixirs.

I too noticed this. Then I saw another eng and it was the normal sound. Maybe coated bullets changes the sound now? We all know it’s not the legendary pistol either because if you have had the misfortune of being around someone with quip it’s just pure nonsense

I didn’t have coated bullets so that might be why I didn’t notice it.

I dunno, the sound effect seemed more bassy on all of the pistol skils/the explosion sound when the bullet hits. Maybe I’m just imagining it.

That could be the end of a joke. Since the engineer is the butt of most jokes. Ba-dum-dum-“pistol shot”.
