I want simple Speedy Kits back. Kit Refinement was after nerf long time ago completly useless and it remain useless. Worst part is that when its activate out of combat it put us to combat like every time. You just kill our favourite mobility trait by this dead weight.
If you must keep it as master trait, lower duration and cd back to 10s but please remove that annoying nonsense. Or at least make it trigger only in combat.

I actually like streamlined. If you take Tool kit, you get super speed outside combat, so if you wanna run around just use that,

Also mortar’s is Throw gunk (confusion!) and Eguns is like a weaker slick shoes

I’m pretty unimpressed with Tools in general. Unless you run Static Discharge, it’s really not offering a whole lot over other trees.

I’m pretty unimpressed with Tools in general. Unless you run Static Discharge, it’s really not offering a whole lot over other trees.

I honestly beg to differ. Reactive lenses is a nice free stunbreak+fury giver that also is immune to blind as a small bonus.

With streamlined you can abuse superspeed+egun weaker soft CC or the confusion on mortar.

The grandmaster kinetic battery isnt a bad trait situational and adrenal can now stack with vigor OR at least replace it in light of the vigor nerf. I honestly think it is a fairly good tree. But that is me.

Ugh, it isn’t perfect, but I am trying to offer a solution that might work for you or him or her.

Jeez guys, sorry I am trying to find a way around it.

And I’m glad you are, PistolWhip. I appreciate the effort.

But we shouldn’t have to take it. It’s a broken trait with procs that make no sense top to bottom.

The pull bomb? Never where you want it, with an odd range, a -weird- delay, and a guarantee to mess up your combos.
The mine? It randomly explodes. Sometimes instantly, sometimes 10 seconds in, sometimes 2 seconds. It’s an erratic mess.
Super speed? Who needs that on top of their swiftness proc?
The gunk field? Overwrites any combo field I set up before it in hopes of comboing any effect.
The fire shield? Useless. Just, useless.
The magnetic shield? Probably the only acceptable thing. Lasts what, a second?

I’m not saying it’s a bad tree. As I said for Static Discharge it’s very good, and I could see it being very popular in PvE.

I just think coupling Explosives and Firearms does a lot more for your damage, and Inventions’ Mecha Legs is kind of too good to go without, especially when paired with Hoelbrak. Plus High Caliber paired with Fury means my Jump Shot and Blunderbuss pretty much always crit.

I’ll mess around with it more, but I just think Tools is going to get more use in PvE than PvP with me.

Tbh powerneer is rly strong atm, so I dont even run hoelbrak atm, just vamp for the mist form stomps and lolzy procs of power.

I think there is more to be toyed with but I am wondering if Explo/Fire/Inv
or Explo/Alc/Tools is more viable in what situation.

And all other fields. The entire point of mortar #1 was supposed to be having a projectile finisher. But you can now only proc gunk.

Heavy armor exploit in the firearms line is ok in a berserker build (for farming orr with flamethrower for example) You build up swiftness decently fast while running around farming. Also maybe rune of the centaur will be a solution? Med kit and streamline kits are both buggy and messy so…

Mechanized legs might be only real option beyond this.
