(Suggestion) Some Balances on Rifle
I can’t believe how much time you had to waste C_C
Damage nerf on rifle = Rifle becomes useless (even if it is already ).

you read the traits thats i Post? its a massive dmg buff with the suprise shots.
rifle jump dmg is essential for burst, even if it is hard to land most of the time.
How about changing the AA single target in a aoe that damage and bleed foes, and changing rifle3 in a burst damage single target skill?
Rifle doesn’t need such a large work-over to be a viable choice in pvp/wvw. Evade on jump shot, making the punishment of OS not as harsh, and some general damage increase either to the 3, 5, and/or to the auto, will go an immense way to making it competitive in pvp for both dueling and conquest purposes.
seemingly random immobilize spam would prolly be enough of an annoyance to make 2/3 of the playerbase quit

I would highly recommend making overcharged shot unblockable, to add onto this.

The problem with immob is that on some other classes out there it’s base is three seconds(). Add a little condition duration onto that and when it ends up to around 5 seconds things get completely kittened. May as well play Gandalf.gif when that happens and gift the other guy the score. When your class doesn’t have good mobility (relative to the others) to begin with these things (inclusive of chills that last 5+ seconds) are soul crushing.
