Super Elixir skill:

Increased both impact base healing and scaling with healing power by 100%.
Increased base heal multiplier by 50% and healing power scaling by 100%.

Looks exactly the same to me. They forget to actually buff it? Tooltip not updated?

It looks like the exact same patch notes from February, so I wouldn’t be surprised if it got left in as a remnant of that.

My guess is that they forgot they changed it in a previous patch, and lumped it with the notes for today.

(Ie, no actual changes)
