Hello,

I thought it is a good idea to try Superior Sigil of Draining for WvW: it steals life when interrupting an enemy. No internal Cooldown, which is imo pretty fair since interrupting does not happen so much. Unfortunately if interrupting with a lightning field from final salvo by destroying a gyro it does not steal life.

I bet my kitten the gyro got the life steal. Which is pointless since you actually destroyed it

Bug or works as intended?

I also tried Perplexity Runes to see if the Interrupt proc’d by Gyro detonation would trigger Perplexity….. it didn’t.

Well that blows. I would have bet that these would have worked with final salvo.

Eh even if these worked with the gyro daze, it is so hard to land that it would end up being wasted most of the time anyway. Its hard enough getting them to detonate in a way that you get any use from Final Salvo.

Gyros don’t have runes. It’s the same as if a ranger pet interrupts anyone or as mesmer illus don’t proc any sigils either.

The sigil has no cooldown and the life steal is above 1k. That’s pretty huge. Imagine running through a zero with detonating your gyros plus your hammer #5… This would give alot of procs which means thousands of life steal. But yeah, since it does not work with gyros…

Gyro dazes are affected by the Expert Examination trait. So it’s a little on the counter-intuitive side
