Hi … recently i browsed around prof. forums and found and interesting

basicly its full healer warr which says:
“As we know, GW2 has no “real” healer.Well, I can’t accept that.
So I went to the mysts and made EVERY class, I used EVERY possible build,EVERY rune set,EVERY sigil.
Sadly 12+ hours later, and 44 charts and graphs , I came to this conclusion:
Warrior is by far the best pvp/wvw combat healer.”

“see if a guard can take 20-50+ people + pets and clones beating on him for 18-25 seconds..and NOT die.
I can.”

as u can see in last sentence he would like to see some vids. from other classes how u can heal or outheal warr … personaly i think its wrong to ask for proofs about other classes than warr healing in warr forum only so im gonna post this on every class forum ( xcept warrs ofc ) and hope that reasoning there will be far better when other skilled supports add their thoughs

I know you didn’t say this, but her math is opinion based. Since Super Elixir heals for just as much when you’re spec’d as a healer and lets not get started on what the Guardian can heal for. As for the no videos portion of her post, there are plenty of youtube videos of the Guardian racking up heals (and a few with the Engineer). I would just ignore her post, don’t feed the troll.

Wow, okay, I watched some of her movie and read her topic, and I hate her guys allready! Such a horrible attitude she got, and hate the entire “yeah I’m totally a gamer girl so I’m a special snowflake” she got going!

With that out of my system, it is a nice healing build, but to me It dosn’t look any special? I mean, when I run my support build when doing guild runs (I use a Shaman armor and cleric Jewels, so not full out on healing), that’s what my bombs heal for aswell, and I sitll got perma regen + Super elixir and the Healing Turrent Water combo field heal going! I also have better condition removal for my friends then that Banner build, and to do what she do she have to use up all her Utility slots just for doing that! Also, she can only bring one of them with her when she moves on, leaving behind the rest of the healing she could deliver, for not talking about giving up her weapons for a useless banner? Sure a nice build, but the best ingame? I don’t thinkso… Maybe when all she gotta do is stand still and heal people at a siege (Which is what she do), but beside that, no…

“Short answer : Total effect the build/class has on the battlefield…overall effect, if you will.”

which makes whole arguing she made b4 completly useless … since it turns into whos best support … which is very situational thing and best is allways coordinated grp

The more I watch her movies, there more she show how wrong and gluless she is about WvW! I mean sure, those banners are neat when you use them at a Siege which is what she show in most her videos (While being an arrogant brick, but still), It works well because she can scatter them over a large radius to help out several groups. But the banners got the design problem that some kitten wil pick it up and run away with them.

But that’s only one little part of WvW, in any open field clash she would be useless after the frist regroup where she plant her banners, and then the team moves away from them? She should try show how good a healer she is in a 3 way fight inside SM ect. where the group constant is moving to a nice place for regrouping! She won’t bring any healing at all to the table compared to the Engineer, Elementalist or Guardien!

Sure if you just want to stand there as she do at a tower and heal people, without having to press more thne 4 buttons every min or so, then it’s probaly the best healing build? Beside that? no…

ohh … just discovered something … as she told she tested EVERY CLASS BUILD ETC. … so she must know shes wrong … but since she dont wanna share “tips + tricks” it might be all just big fooling and whole point let her play something rly usefull while we all slowly start to think she is right O.O

In my opinion the build really needs condition removals. Having 3 spots of aoe regen which is very good do not get me wrong but that’s all they do. There is not any condition removals going on or combo fields being brought on by the banners, although blast finishers are nice. idk maybe it is just me but I have a hard time looking at support builds that lack condition removals or light fields to bring in combos that remove conditions unless you are running in coordination with a group of people that you know have aoe cond. removals or everyone is running enough to sustain themselves. Also as Amadeus pointed out people can run away with the banners or the fights can move around to much. I think the build would work well in a small coordinated group taking camps etc., but I have a hard time seeing it work well in big battles since they tend to move quickly.

Yeah, but it works well as long as you don’t get in a fight. It doesn’t seem to me like a very resistant build. She can dish out only 400 healing/second with regeneration. You will heal a lot of people, but I think at best it will only be good in WvWvW. But it won’t save the life of someone focused.

Try to go in sPvP and see how much glass cannons care about your regeneration and your lack of protection.XD She’d probably make a bueautiful carpet in legacy of the foefire.XD

And, considering she’s trying to tell us how warriors are strong healer without showing anything of the build, whole topic ends with her bragging about how good she is.
