Guild Wars 2

Hi there, i dont know why, but the engineer cant feel the effect of this Sigils, i’ve try to use sigils that give me “X” when i swap to the weapon, but nothing happends when i swap a engineer kit to normally weapons.

Is this unbalanced to our Engineer class?

engineers dont swap weapons, we gain bundles. And gaining a bundle doesnt count as swapping weapons.
