Takewdown Round not procing?
It procs from the next strike after 50 percent
Ive checked it only on hotm golems, but it worked as described
Takedown Round:
Striking a foe above the health threshold places a delayed explosive charge on them.
Percent: 50%
As far as I understand it should proc from hitting an enemy with 50% health or more.
So basically when I hit with rocket, it should proc, but it doesnt. It doesn’t proc if the rocket takes them from 100 to below 50%, however it does proc if the rocket DOES NOT bring them below 50%
Thats why I was wondering if its maybe bugged?
I don’t think I’ve ever seen the missile ability apply any on-hit skills of any sort. I think that is intentional.

Well Im pretty sure ti does proc Takedown round, just not if the enemy’s health goes below 50% EVEN though the enemy was above 50% when hit
But honestly I need to do mroe testing, I might be completely paranoid

Well that would make sense since the trigger for takedown round would calculate after assessing the damage that would procure it to begin with. So that likely is the case unless the enemy maintains 51%. Just take off all your gear and go punch a golem with it to see what happens a few times.

Sometimes it procs on you instead of the target, at least for some toolkit skills I tested. Might be different seeing how they updated the toolkit recently. I’ve reported this in the bugs section already, but ofc feel free to add another so it gets the attention it deserves.
