Throw Elixir S bug
it’s not bugged. not like that anyway. you just don’t get big when you get stability now. the boon is still there.
I thought the same when I noticed it but after testing it I saw we still got stability. It’s a good thing too, it was stupid that we announced so obviously to everyone we had stability up. takes longer to notice it like this.

Thx Mask, I should have tested it more. I just know it happened a lot and I always seemed to die right after, but lets all be honest when we throw elixir s were never really hoping for stability are we? Me being a norn engi (and the largest norn body size) stability made me Godzilla and not in a good way so if this is the case I’m glad they changed it.
while maskaganda is right with his sum up, he is wrong on the bugged part.
Elixir S is supposed to make us huge when the stability trigger applies, so Elixir S is indeed bugged. Not in such a bad way that the stability prog does not happen, but the graphical representation of the skill is indeed buggy since the update. Then again, this is indeed a bug that is more than ok to get a delay on its fix… on the other hand, I am pretty sure since we “benefit” from it, the next patch will make it working as intended again.
What other professions goes large target mode when they pop stability?
I like that I stay my original sizenow. If others don’t size up to indicate: “(Almost) Can’t touch me with CC” why should I?
I dislike not being able to fool around with character model sizes for fun or pull friendlies out of ascalon ghost form.

I never said it is fair that we get huge in exchange for stability, or that other profesions do not, that is also not the point, the point is that throw Elixir S is bugged, not in a bad way, but it is, like it or not.

Warrior, Ranger, Necro.

Ehh, not really. I can’t speak for the ranger, but the warrior and necro skills that make them large with stability are transforms. The going large has much more to do with the transformation than the stability.

So is Elixir S. States it in the tool tip. So what makes it any different?
Do you even try to look at this stuff in game before making a discussion of it here? I mean Gurt, you made a new thread just to lobby for your changes to the profession, yet constantly appear to know so little about its skills and abilities, even if they are in the tool tips in game.

So it is. My confusion stems from the fact that literally every other transform changes your moveset. Toss Elixir S doesn’t do this.
You should learn to be less abrasive though, you’ll attract more flies with sugar than vinegar, coglin.
Does it give you stability 100% of the time now? If not then it’s not fixed either, we need less RNG on certain Elixirs
I thought it was stated in the patch notes that the transform was removed?
As for warrior and ranger, they do have skills that make them grow larger with stability (Warrior’s Rampage and Ranger’s Signet of the Wild if I’m not mistaken) but they also have non-transform stability skills (Balanced Stance and Rampage as One respectively).

Yes the transform has been removed. Previously the change could cancel other transforms, since Ive never observed this myself I can’t tell you exactly what happened but I guess it would cancel things like Moa Morph or an allied Ele’s tornado.
