Currently level 80
Full Rabid Gear w/ Sup Undead Runes
Rampager Pistols w/ Sup Agony + Smoldering Sigil(s)
Rampager Harpoongun w/ Sup Smoldering Sigil
A mix of Rabid/Carrion/Knight Accessories w/ Complimentary Exq Jewels

My build is: 10 / 30 / 0 / 30 / 0
Incendiary Powder
Precise Shot / Napalm Spec / Coated Bullets
Fast-acting Elixers / Potent Elixers / All Elixers rem conditions (Forgot trait name.)

My specs are 2600ish Atk / 42% Crit chance / 1200 Condi dmg / 2300 Armor / 21k HP and then some Crit dmg / Boon dur and Healing power ect.

This seems to be working quiet well for me, I feel a bit squishy and my damage feels like it could stand to be slightly better…

So I am looking for advice and tips, please!

Thanks!!!

A reason you’re not seeing the damage output might be because of the mix of gear, ideally when using undead runes every piece of gear should have toughness on it, so Rabid is your best option for condition damage. I would normally recommend going for a mix of carrion & rabid but the vitality you gain from alchemy tree is sufficient enough for you to completely focus on going for full rabid.

Alternatively, blood injection trait will give the same effect as undead rune 6 slot, except it goes off vitality so swapping that trait in might help also.

Also corruption sigil for offhand pistol.

hey, I run a similar build, 10/30/0/20/10, with rabid and rampager mix, and a mix of monk runes and water runes for +boon duration. I typically have p/s, and use a flamethrower to ensure longer burns on tougher enemies. I love all the traits mentioned here. One thing id like to point out is how effective a rifle is too for your build, as it is very easy to swap the traits for better dps output for certain fights. plus i find myself switching to range sometimes too.

I always keep up trait “I” in alchemy with speedy kits for constant vigor. I think it’s huge especially for kiting tough bosses (like lup). usually when I run dungeons I find myself always switching to rifle to support dps.?with crit and some damage, which you have, it is worth it IMO

Depends on what you like to do, but if you like to run in a small group or go solo the 100% condition duration with Rabid gear is awfully nice. Large zergs that 12 second burn at 730 ticks is a nuisance though, be better stacking condition damage vs duration though. If they ever fix duration on Giver’s weapons (which they won’t) the 100% duration engineer will really be viable for more situations.

I run this build and pretty much can stand against anything, including some Champions.

This build is heavily based in the use of FT, but it also works with two pistols or pistol/shield if you get out of your kit for some reason.

Swap HGH for Cleaning Formula 409 and Elixir U for Elixir C when grouping so you can keep your party healthy and yourself buffed. With the high crit chance to apply vulnerability, bleeds and burns you’re going to do pretty decent damage (specially aoe) while also being able to take lots of hits and help your group. Also, the direct damage is not bad either.

I don’t do PvP so I have no idea if this build would work for that, but it is awesome for solo/group PvE.
