It was ‘useful’ before, but nearly so. It’s an excellent compliment to any crit based build, easily.
Berserker Grenade WvW builds are king for killing siege, and now you can pull people off walls and keep them perma crippled with improved wrench, or pop down box o nails and pull them into it.
Or ready a grenade barrage and pull them and immediately toss the grenades on top of them. The possibilities are limited!

the pull is awesome for that thief thats trying to run away and the shield is starting to replace elixer s for me
