How is this supposed to work? When I tossed it I would get one of the listed boons, randomly. The tooltip saying fury, might, retaliation AND swiftness to allies.

Shouldn’t it give all for boons, not just one?

It’s either bugged or tooltip error. But it currently only gives one buff out of the four.

When you use the primary ability, it grants you a bunch of boons. When you toss it, it grants anyone in that radius one of the boons listed under the Toss Elixir B tooltip.

I would bet it’s a tooltip error more than a bug. It’s supposed to work the same as Elixir H, giving only one of the abilities on a throw, although H does that on the drink too.
