Maybe it is just me not understanding how stealth works, but is anyone else finding issues with still being hit by single-target skills after stealthing using Toss Elixir S? It has happened in both PVE and WvW.

If they are already aimed in a direction that physically has you in the path of their damage, there is no reason it shouldn’t hit you to be honest.
channeled skills like rapid fire from bow will still hit you for awhile.
