Hello I have been playing an engineer since launch so I like to think I know a good amount about it, but there is one problem i’m having, and that is with the traits. The problem I have is that if I want to do really good crit damage, I am sacrificing vitality and toughness, as seen in this build. (This is all pve based, mainly in dungeons)

I tend to use the rifle and just shoot stuff, popping cool downs when I can. While good, it can get a bit boring :s

The idea with this build is good protection traits, plus good power damage from the bombs, and condition damage comes with that.

Now my question is has anyone got any suggestions for improving either of these builds, or a build that can put out good damage but still retain enough survivability. I also like the flamethrower, but the problem with that is i want to do good damage with that, but again i last for less time, and the flamethrower attracts a bit more attention that I can handle.
