While going through the Traits for my PvP build, I noticed one of them was a “drink Elixr B while at 75% health” and I have two questions. Am I required to have Elixr B equipped as a Utility Skill for this to do anything? And if yes, does it activate the cooldown for Elixr B?

No, Elixir B activates automatically regardless if you have it slotted or not. No, it does not activate the cooldown for Elixir B.

I like it, it’s great.

You don’t even have to have “Elixr B” purchased with Skill Points to get the activation, either.

You dont actually drink elixer B, that is to say there is no animation for it. You simply gain the boons that you would normaly get if you did drink an elixer B.

its worded that way just for theme sake.
