So, I’m new to the gadget realm of this prof (took PBR and mine as a joke while leveling and fell in love) and am just wondering what a good strategy for such a build would be? Could I do 3 gadgets in one build and be effective?
I was thinking something along the lines of going Firearms + Tools + Alchemy for faster heal and faster elite, thoughts? Gear would likely be Rabid + Melandru Runes.
It depends which mode you plan on using triple gadget.
In general, rocket boots is a great escape/gap closer, removes movement conditions and the toolbelt has kitten burn.
Besides that there are not many conditions on gadgets, its mostly power dmg so rabid wouldn’t be that good of a choice since the condi dmg is kinda wasted.

Well the mine would be taken more for the knock back + boon rip, and the PBR would be used more for the cripple and blow out than the damage, and because i’d have 30 in tools the crits would still hit decently hard.
Tried this one out for a while in sPvP and it was fun ^^

I played engi for a while, just recently came back to it though, never really used gadgets though.
