I got me some slick new shoes!
If I wiggle my toes, little wheels and a tiny jet engine pop our of them and let me move 2x faster for 1 second… in the end knocking me down 2 seconds of course.

Are the golems really any good compared to Supply Crate?

How about a Supply Crate that sends the three Asuran Elite Golems instead of Turrets?

I play (and have played) a lot of solo PvE, and my Golem’s saved my tiny Asura butt more times than I can count. It’s a big old meat shield that can act as a distraction, weaken things for rallies and such and its damage isn’t negligible.

I’m not saying that they’re good, because what’s ‘good’ is down to you and how you play, but they’ve suited my playstyle just fine so far! Supply Crate ties me down to one spot too much for my liking. I wouldn’t rely on them, though, and neither would I expect them to be much use against Champions and other players. They also don’t have much synergy with Traits, Sigils, Runes and whatnot.

Keep in mind that I’m not great at the game :I Don’t go Asura because you want Golems to be wicked awesome – go Asura because they’re neat.

Is the megazord made of slick shoes?

Slick Shoes got nerfed recently so opponents MOVING through the oil get knocked down. Clearly they’re already balanced.

If you want to add a Megazord to slick shoes, expect the knockdown duration to be reduced by 30%.

I use the sylvari mastiff for the same reason. It allows me to focus on piling on the hurt or distract some of the mobs whenever attacking one attracts their fellows attention as well (no long duration control effects?! Honestly ANet…).

I would like to see an elite skill for engies where if an engineer does it by himself, he just summons a small mechanical minion. If five engineers are around though…those minions combine!

It would help in defining the role of the engineer.. being able to summon kitten stuff like no other class can do!
