Weapon scaling and other stuff + Engi Love
Definitely, if we have an ascended weapon in our hands then kits should scale to ascended damage too.
-Duel-wielding pistols is awesome. Make blow torch a knock-down move! :P
Oh god no, Blowtorch is already incredibly strong with it’s 6 seconds of burn on a low cooldown. Glue shot is the one that needs tweaking here, not sure how, probably speed of firing/projectile.
-Maybe adding additional condition duration per applied condition to modified ammo to make it a REAL GM trait?
Might work. Isn’t it kind of self-defeating though? I mean if you chuck 6 condis on someone, most of the condis applied earlier are going to not have much of an increase at all, meaning the bread and butter of your damage doesn’t get much of a boost. Condis are about coverage and intensity for the most part anyway.
Also you want to be careful with buffing things related to condi engineer. It’s already VERY strong. Opening up alternate builds is good and you’re probably safe messing around in firearms GMs (considering it locks you out of Grenadier) but any improvements to stuff in explosives or straight weapon skills and we’re going to have one hell of a godlike class.
