I have been searching for the name of this chest piece and I can’t find it anywhere. If anybody knows the name of the chest piece it will definitely help a ton! Thanks!

The chest piece is Charr cultural Tier 3 medium armor.

Swag is right, as a side note its THE only chest medium armor for Charr at least that doesn’t have a trenchcoat style sides that hang down on you

I was gonna say se armor is also an exemption but upon closer inspection its just a trenchcoat in disguise.
I love how heavies get different styles of armor while mediums get different styles of trenchcoats
