Guild Wars 2

Hello everybody. I am currently leveling an engineer and I plan on doing strictly WvW once I hit 80. I would like to use the tankcat build as it’s the only build I’ve been able to find that does anything useful. What gear set should I be using for tankcat? And how do I go about obtaining this gear?

Full soldiers, crest of the soldier on amulets/rings/accessories, rune of dolyak on armour, sigil of nullification on pistol and sigil of restoration on shield

Get it from Orr karma vendors or run AC/SE/HotW
