when you are making a norn male and you go to engineer what is that armor he is wearing with the one spikey shoulder and trench coat?

I cant check atm but trench coat and spike shoulderpads? Sure sounds like karma armor.

It’s the karma armor. You can purchase it at level 80 via karma from one of the 5 temples in Orr. Very difficult these days since Orr is devoid of people a large portion of the time, but still possible with some diligence. It’s one of the more popular armor sets in the game.
