What traits would you use?
Only one skill in FT and TK is actually condition damage, while all the P/P skills are condition damage. Honestly, they are the two least complimentary kits for P/P. They would mesh well with rifle though. If you stay in a kit almost all of the time though, it could work, assuming you have the duel pistols just for 2 sigils.
If you are determined to try it, I might start with something like this and go from there.

For doing event-farming?
Doesn’t really matters.
For more serious stuff, I don’t get why the flamethrower is there.
It’s just all the skills I enjoy. Mostly for PvE.

That just makes it another bomb build.
The best set I’ve come up with so far is 0/20/20/0/30.
Sitting duck makes glue shot better, coated bullets for aoe and wvw tagging.
Cloak and power shoes for defence and mobility.
Speedy gadgets, automated defence and a random minor.
Trouble with this is its way too defensive, hence the post here.
Basically a ft SD build. I have to highly recommend healing turret or med kit over aed for the condi removal. As it stands now you have none.
Use 6 runes of strength instead of ruby orbs. Won’t let me edit the link. Sigils of strength/battle would work too.
