Hi there fellas

Im a decently experienced fella, no impressive AP or ascendeds/legendaries for that matter though.

I´m sitting on an 80 mesm, war & engi.
Currently im powerleveling an elementalist in EOTM (its just.. wow guys. Try it out if you want to powerlevel! possibly 20levels in 3 hours!!)

The questions are the following:
Is the elems flowing movement and skills worth the loss in CC, condition dmg and versitality (locked range)?

I know elem and engi discussion never ends.
I somehow feel that the elementalist piano playstyle is easier than the engineer aswell, which probably invests in the “flowing” feeling.

What does the elementalist have that the engineer doesnt?
(except 50k crits with hammerbuild and fully buffed)
(… and lack of Condition builds)

Engineer currently is the stronger of the 2 because they can apply intense condition pressure. Eles are mostly power based and require more skill to play since you have to manually aim some skills (Burning Speed and Fire Grab).

They are both a ton of fun and the main difference is that an ele goes through certain rotation, depicted by his attunement cooldown and the engi has more freedom. He can use skills that best fit his situation.

What the ele offers is a amazingly fun playstyle with D/D although still underpowered. I’d go engi.

Yeah ofcourse, about the powerleveling!
A birthday booster will greatly help you out in edge of the mist.
Run with the zerg at all times, try to tag as many bosses/sentrys as you can and just..
keep with the zerg You cap so much all the time that you will just skyrocket in exp and karma AND badges!

Personally i got almost 800 badges, 60k karma and almost 20 levels in 3hours

1. Booster if possible!
2. Stay with the zerg!

Its really easy

And its better the earlier in the game you join i.e. Every game last 3hours, so try to join when it says 3hours remaining time Cuz ppl cap like crazy at the start!
