Where are the leaked patchnotes i see a lot of people commenting on in Flamethrower related threads?

Could anyone provide a link for me please, as google is only showing me results from February.

You can watch the Ready Up on the Guild Wars 2 twitch channel, the Engineer changes start @ 17:30.
The volume is a bit low at the beginning.

The ranger changes make sense. The engi changes seem to be made by someone who doesn’t even play the game.

Yeah, because clearly you will never find a thread requesting a FT buff. No one has ever asked for a buff to flame jet most of all.

Flame jet deals already too much damage, sure noone asks for a buff. And since every normal person uses the AED, goggles and rocket tower, they surely are balanced right now.

Based on the last two, they seem to be 6 month cycles for the main professional update patches. The last 2 dedicated to that, were in April and the previous October. Based on that, my guess would be October.
