I was wondering if there are any good turret builds for a roaming havoc squad? Or should I shoot for something else?

You could make a fearsome burst/control turret build with rifle, net, something of your choice, and static discharge/rifle. I believe net turret immobilize is getting reduced next patch, but it’s still a serious lockdown tool.
