Pretty old stuff. I think you could probably opt for a bit less soldier’s gear to boost your crit damage up, especially since guard stacks can keep your vitality up.
Also, you can’t actually maintain perma swiftness with this build due to the random nature of the elixirs. It’s not advised to just pop them all to move around because if you waste your stability and heal, and then run into someone 5 seconds later, you might need them.
Note that these sorts of build have a Mike Tyson quality. That is, they can’t hold up as strongly against sustained damage. So you either need to take your opponent down quickly, or ensure you do what you need to do to not take unnecessary damage. That’s why I feel tool kit tends to be much stronger than grenade kit for this sort of build since it offers a nice defensive mechanism. Not to mention the magnet pull is great at preventing enemies from disengaging, and it can be comboed into prybar and overcharged shot for a nice damage setup.
This also means you can redirect points from explosives into inventions to take something like cloaking device or protective shield, which are very, very handy traits to take roaming. Alternatively, you can just put an extra 10 in firearms to boost your rifle damage.
Of course, if you’re participating in some group combat, the grenade kit might be better simply because you can dish out some nice AoE damage.
I also think you might be better off using a sharpening stone than a tuning crystal, but that can come down to personal preference.
Also, HGH is not past it’s prime, it’s just not the FotM anymore.
