Hello I normally play condi scrapper and after the ESL finals I played the hammer scrapper build just for practise.

And I managed to hit Chieftain Utahein with dual strike. Chieftain and myself are not sure how an scrapper is able to hit someone with a warrior skill. So I ask you. Could you explain the damage from dual strike from my screenshot?

Electro-Whirl reflects missiles, just like the defense field from your bulwark gyro toolbelt skill. You used one of those reflecting his own skill back to him.
