i wanted The Predator Legendary however im hearing it lost is tool belt awesome effect like the plasma grenades is this true or not?

Yep its gone. I hope they just temporarily disable it and work on replacer.

Hmm well it can turn out to be the rifle version of quip, or one of those purple spectral weapons like lysa. Maybe a gatlin gun style rifle. Heck you never know.
