I’m basically looking for a really bursty build, I don’t care all that much for survivability, altho I invested in some thoughness, since I’m going to run in a suicide squad, I just want to be able to dish out some decent damage in a short amount of time, and I don’t want to go down the grenade line.

Bursty usually means NOT going for conditions. Try Rifle SD perhaps.
