engi rifle range
Rifled barrels was supposed to become baseline, but for unknown reason it didn’t. Rifled barrels trait no longer exists and it affected more than just the range of the EG and rifle auto attacks (it affected the range of the most other attack skills as well).
Sadly now engineer is more or less forced to spec itself for mid range skirmisher, increasing the “must” to have toolkit (for 1200 range pull and shield) and/or elixir S (for invulnerability). Previously with rifled barrels + EG + rifle + rocket boots you could play the range game and try to keep enemy at distance until you close in for a kill.
It was never supposed to be baseline. They were thinking about it but apparently decided not to make it basline, which sucks!

I was never supposed to be baseline? Got any facts to support that? Considering they specifically stated “you should expect to see it as baseline” in a video, I have trouble swallowing your claim
This doesn’t just apply to rifle range as well, pistol range got limited also, and doesn’t have cool down reduction on any of its traits.

Was it not the same thing with piercing bullets for the pistol it should be baseline now it is gone?
