I’ve tried several times to love grenades but… the ground targeting just makes me crazy.. I end up missing 1/2 the time due to not being targeted where I thought I was…

or I stand still to line it up and just take the hits…

how do you guys do it!?!?! I like the damage grenades bring to the table but playing with them makes me nuts.

I just use fast casting and have gotten used to it. They tend to be inaccurate against players at long range unless they are extremely predictable no matter what you do though. Mid to short range is best for these things, just like the majority of our skills.

Basically you just need to practice and play a bit closer to the opponents.

I zoom out as far as possible and keep the camera above my character so I can see “down” to be able to target better; for the longest time I’ve used the normal ground targeting, press 1 once to see where you’re throwing them, press 1 again to throw them. I’m currently trying out the new ground targeting system.

you know , you can throw grenades backward … in PVE the AI is so dumb .. all you need is to run into a bunch of monsters and agro them .. when you have them on you .. simply run forward and in circle .. then click the grenades skills or #keys and click on the screen just above the endurance bar while holding the W.. you will throw your grenades backward and hit them while they pursue you … lol
