How about making it so that Supply Crate elite drops Environmental weapon kits that we currently dont have?

Could have some really cool weapons here.

I would like one melee oriented Environmental Weapon, 1 Ranged Enviro Weapon, 1 Support Heal/CC envio weapon (range)

Maybe a trait can give them this.
It could be one at random, or multiple with traits in certain lines.

Some ideas to this idea:

Siege Scorpion- looks sort of like a robotic scorpion that the character mounts, and use its 1-5 skills which are mostly melee and some mid range.

Trident Lighting Rod – Ranged damage weapon to replace 1-5. Nice damage and some control.

Sawblade – think like Gears of War kind of thing. Melee and ranged. major debuff weapon.

Dimension Box- a device that is scientifically a mystery, but this would be able to summon random types of minions, and call down AoE healing and boons.

maybe to balance it out a bit, make it so that every other supply crate summons the weapons instead of each supply crate.

What your opinion on this idea?

I think it makes the only Engineer Elite skill that I regularly hear of people using even better than the others. I’m also pretty staunchly opposed to the idea of yet more RNG in our skillset; I think we have far too much of that as it is.

The environmental weapons themselves don’t sound terrible (although, again, I’m anti-RNG-in-skills, which means that I don’t like the Dimension Box’s minion effect).

It would also be a terrible idea to have every other supply crate create the weapons – you’d see people waste crates just to set up for the weapon on the next one.

TBH i amm rather surprised they gave us Elixir X and not some Elite Turret, Elite Kit or anything else.

Supply Crate needs absolutely no changes. It is alreadyp retty good actually, stun, dmg, healing, turrets.

Hey, why don’t they just make it so no one can steal my god kitten heals when I put it down haha.
