i really do, its nice or maybe just cause I’m new to the class and suck at the turret

so do i – i use it in raids and open world, everywhere you don’t need condi cleanse actually, or where you can’t really blast the water field and where you can make great use of protection and the attacked water field.

I agree, it’s a really good heal for most pve and group content. It’s just a bit harder to run with in pvp, in my experiences.

In my experience it is really good in pvp. ^^
You don’t get the condi clean, so you have to clean another way, but it’s a huge advantage that it is insta cast. No one can randomly interrupt it and you can even use the heal skill while in stunlock (which is a unique advantage for a healing skill if I remember correctly).

dat pulsing protection water field is good for yare teammates too

This is the most likely answer.

Turret is best for PvP because its really good for fighting on a point but I like the gyro for WvW because its more mobile and the toolbelt skill is so good, mobile water field pulsing protection.

I like the medic gyro too, 50% use turret, the other 50 use gyro its almost on par with turret, if it were to be better I wish gyro (and gyros in general) would stay up for at least 1 full minute

I only wish it would pulse more reliably – it sometimes pulses 3 times and sometimes up to 5 times, very strange imo :/

i prefer medi gyro because i can use it for rush attacks with teams thanks to the aoe protection and better with the bulwark reflect and damage reduction
